Focus Graphics provides commercial printing, graphic design, and installation services. Our Site allows you to view our work, request quotes, upload files, and manage your account through our customer portal. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
Submitting a quote request through the Site does not constitute a binding order. A quote is an estimate only and is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed only when Focus Graphics provides written acceptance, which may be via email or through the customer portal.
Prices quoted are subject to change based on final specifications, materials, and scope of work. Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding balances.
By uploading files to our Site, you represent that you own or have the right to use all content contained in those files. Focus Graphics is not responsible for verifying copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in materials you provide. You retain ownership of your uploaded content; however, you grant Focus Graphics a limited license to use the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
When proofs are provided for your review, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect them for errors in spelling, layout, color, and content. Once a proof is approved, Focus Graphics is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof. Requests for reprints due to errors in approved proofs may incur additional charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with the Site's operation, or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
If you access the customer portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
