Moving into a new office is a branding opportunity most companies underutilize. Blank walls, clear glass conference rooms, and a generic lobby send the message that your company just moved in and hasn't settled yet. Targeted graphics transform the space from "we rent here" to "this is who we are."
Here's a room-by-room checklist based on the corporate office projects we've produced — including Panasonic's Portland office and the TGR Foundation Learning Lab.
The lobby is your first impression for every client, candidate, and visitor. It deserves the most attention.
Dimensional lettering — Your company logo mounted with standoffs that create shadow depth. We fabricate letters from acrylic, brushed aluminum, or painted PVC depending on your brand aesthetic. For Beacon Pointe's financial office, we installed brushed metal letters that look like they were built into the wall.
Feature wall — A single accent wall behind the reception desk with a bold brand element. Panasonic Portland's "Engagement Beyond Entertainment" wall uses backlit dimensional lettering against a navy accent wall — dramatic but professional.
Wayfinding — Even small offices need basic directional signage. Room names, floor directories, and accessibility signs should use consistent typography and materials.
Privacy film — Glass-walled conference rooms need frosted vinyl for privacy during meetings. Options range from full frost to branded gradient patterns. Panasonic Portland uses frosted glass with oversized airport codes (PDX, LAX, NRT) as room identifiers — tying each room to the company's global presence.
Room identification signs — ADA-compliant room signs with tactile lettering and Braille. These are legally required in most commercial spaces and should match your brand design system.
Wall murals — Break rooms, hallways, and stairwells are prime surfaces for brand storytelling. The TGR Learning Lab uses panoramic STEM-themed murals in hallways to reinforce their educational mission. Corporate offices often feature brand values, timeline graphics, or large-scale photography.
Mission and values walls — Fashion Island's corporate office features their mission statement and core values in dimensional lettering. This is surprisingly impactful for employee culture — visible reminders of company purpose integrated into the daily environment.
Accent walls — Solid-color or patterned vinyl accent walls in team areas create visual interest without overwhelming the space. Panasonic Portland uses blue geometric patterns to break up white walls in open-plan areas.
Phone booths and focus rooms — Small rooms benefit from branded frosted glass for privacy. A simple logo or pattern on the door glass provides both privacy and branding in under 30 minutes of installation.

The best time to plan office graphics is during the buildout — before furniture goes in and while walls are accessible. But we've also retrofitted fully furnished offices with minimal disruption (our crew works after hours when needed).
Send us your floor plan and we'll provide a branded environment proposal within a week.
